Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Test4All ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Test4All is a professional App and Web testing platform that matches test requests with qualified testers and delivers detailed test reports. Features and offerings may change at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy; please also review their terms.
  • Subscription fees are charged automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel any time to stop renewal.
  • Monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
  • Credits consumed by submitted test requests are non-refundable, even if the request is cancelled.
  • Refunds follow LemonSqueezy standard rules; please contact us first for any disputes.

5. Testing Credits and Subscription Terms

5.1 Nature of the Subscription

By subscribing to any Test4All plan, you are purchasing Testing Credits, which are digital assets credited to your Test4All account. The subscription fee is exchanged for the delivery of these Testing Credits, not for the performance of testing services.

5.2 Delivery of Testing Credits

Testing Credits are delivered instantly and automatically to your account dashboard upon successful payment confirmation. The delivery obligation of Test4All is considered fully fulfilled at the moment Testing Credits appear in your account balance.

5.3 Credit Renewal

For subscription plans, Testing Credits are automatically renewed and deposited into your account at the start of each billing cycle. The number of credits delivered per cycle is specified in your chosen plan.

5.4 Credit Redemption

Testing Credits may be redeemed by you at your discretion through the Test4All dashboard. Each credit entitles you to request one test report deliverable. Redemption of credits for test reports is a separate transaction from the subscription purchase. Typical report delivery timeframes of 48–72 hours apply to credit redemption and do not affect the instant delivery of credits at the time of subscription.

5.5 Credit Expiration

Unused Testing Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent billing periods.

5.6 Refund Policy

Because Testing Credits are digital assets delivered instantly upon purchase, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been deposited into the account. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits have been redeemed during that period. Once any credit has been redeemed for a test report, the subscription is considered used and is non-refundable.

5.7 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to any unused credits until the end of your current billing cycle, after which no further credits will be issued and no further charges will apply.

5.8 Service Levels for Credit Redemption

Test report delivery timeframes (typically 48–72 hours) are service-level targets for credit redemption, not delivery terms for the subscription purchase itself. Delays in report delivery do not constitute grounds for subscription refund, but may qualify for credit compensation at Test4All's discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
  • Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service.
  • Use the service for any illegal activity or to infringe third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All service code, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by Test4All or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (test materials, deliverables) and grant us a license to use it solely as necessary to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Test reports are informational and do not guarantee detection of all defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test4All is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately upon breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Payment-related clauses survive termination with respect to prior events.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Test4All primarily operates. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; otherwise the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
