What counts as one test request?+
One test request is one focused test brief β typically a flow, a feature, or a regression sweep around a release. The brief can be any size; we don't charge by hours or by bug count.
Can I roll over unused credits?+
Credits don't roll over month to month β that keeps the queue predictable. Credits are refunded automatically when we cancel a request on our side, miss SLA, or you cancel before we start.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes β annual plans give you 2 months free (Essential $2,990/yr β $249/mo, Professional $4,990/yr β $416/mo). Switch to Annual on the pricing toggle, or contact us for Enterprise annual contracts.
Can I change plans mid-month?+
You can upgrade immediately β unused credits carry over to the new plan. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle and runs through a confirmation step so you can archive older reports first.
What happens to old reports?+
Reports follow a per-plan retention schedule: Essential 90 days, Professional 1 year, Enterprise permanent. You get an email 14 days before any report expires, then a 7-day grace period. After that the report is moved to cold archive β you can restore it any time by upgrading or contacting support.
